We know the value of educational visits.  Many of our pupils come to us with limited experiences of places outside the home or their local area.  We want our pupils to open up their world and see the variety and wonder of new things, new people and new cultures.  We encourage all pupils to attend education visits and offer a range of experiences throughout the year.  This can include theatre trips; cultural experiences to temples, churches and historical monuments; group challenge activities; forests; cinema; museums; and Colchester zoo.  We know that sometimes educational trips present a challenge and so we only offer school visits when pupils are ready for them.
